GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
1. Manuscript Submission
- Submit manuscripts in MS Word format only.
- Formatting: Double-spacing, 1-inch margins, Times New Roman, size 12.
- Heading hierarchy:
- Title – 14 pt, bold, centered
- Level 1 – 12 pt, bold, left-aligned
- Level 2 – 12 pt, bold, left-aligned
- Level 3 – 12 pt, italicized, left-aligned
- Include a cover page with author details (Name, Designation, Affiliation, Email, ORCID ID).
- Begin the manuscript from Page 2 with the Title, Abstract, Keywords, and Main Text.
- Recommended word count: 6,000–8,000 words, including references.
2. Abstract
Please follow a structured format:
- Purpose: Main objective of the study
- Design/Methodology/Approach: Description of methodology used
- Findings: Summary of key results
- Practical Implications: Application and relevance to practice
- Originality/Value: Novel contribution of the research
The abstract should be no more than 250 words and include at least three relevant keywords.
3. Tables and Figures
- Number tables and figures sequentially.
- Place table/figure titles above; source information below.
- Use high-resolution grayscale images or charts.
- Ensure necessary copyright permissions for reproduced material.
4. Referencing
Use APA 7th edition referencing style and include DOIs where available.
5. Ethical Disclosures
- Author Contributions
- Conflict of Interest Statement
- Funding Acknowledgements
- Ethical Approval Statement (if applicable)
