Open Access Policy
Open Access Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this Open Access Policy is to ensure that all scholarly content published by Nitee Publication on theJournals.in platform is freely accessible to the global research community. By removing financial, legal, and technical barriers, the policy promotes equitable access to knowledge, supports academic collaboration, and enhances the visibility and impact of authors’ work. This commitment reflects international best practices and compliance with the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) requirements.
Accessibility
All articles published by Nitee Publication are freely available online without registration, subscription, or payment. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided the original authors are properly cited.
Author Self‑Archiving
Authors are permitted to self‑archive the final accepted version of their articles in any OAI‑compliant institutional or subject‑based repository. This practice ensures wider dissemination, global discoverability, and long‑term preservation of scholarly work.
When depositing the author‑accepted manuscript, the following requirements must be observed:
- Include the DOI linking back to the official published version of the work on the publisher’s platform.
- Provide complete citation details, including article title, journal name, volume, issue number (for journal articles).
- The author‑accepted manuscript must clearly indicate where the research was originally published.
Alignment with DOAJ Standards
This policy is fully aligned with the requirements of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), which emphasizes unrestricted access to scholarly content, transparency in licensing, and long-term availability of published research.
Publishing Model
Nitee Publication has adopted a gold open-access model, meaning that published articles are funded by article processing charges (APCs) paid at the time of acceptance. Authors retain the copyright of their work, with articles licensed to Nitee Publication.
Licensing
All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC) licence., which permits non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. This licensing model complies with DOAJ’s open access criteria. Full details of the license can be found here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/deed.en
