Role of Reviewers

Reviewers are essential to maintaining the quality, credibility, and reputation of TheJournals by Nitee. Their evaluations ensure that published work meets the highest standards of scholarship, originality, and relevance. By offering constructive feedback, reviewers help authors refine their work and contribute to the advancement of knowledge across management, social sciences, economics, sustainability, and interdisciplinary fields.

Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to provide fair, objective, and timely assessments of manuscripts. A good review does more than judge-it guides. Comments should highlight strengths, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements in a way that supports the author’s development. Confidentiality must be respected at all times, and manuscripts should not be shared or discussed outside the review process.

Ethics and Integrity

We expect reviewers to uphold the principles of integrity. This includes declaring any conflicts of interest, avoiding bias, and ensuring that feedback is based solely on scholarly merit. Plagiarism, duplicate publication, or suspected misconduct should be reported to the editor immediately.

Peer Review Process
