Abstract

The modern era has been trying to ride the universe on the flight of science and technology; however, even in this advanced modern era, one area to which society has continued clinging is the Sant Mat – teachings of Saints (Sants). This is reflected in the message of the sages and spiritually elevated human beings who have kept the True Science alive over time. The society has been trying to unfold the mysteries of the mystics and the ways they approached life. This research is focused on Saints and their teachings, which are primarily based on the work of a prominent modern-era Indian Saint – Sant Kirpal Singh. Through this article, a humble attempt is made to highlight the teachings of the saints agreed upon and lived by the spiritually elevated people across the ages, which have been produced and recorded in an easy-to-understand manner and simplified form in the works of Saint Kirpal Singh. This simplified form is intended to help the seekers in the slightest possible manner. The articles also lay out the basic ways that are shared by the saints in relation to their progress on the path of spirituality.
