Licensing, Copyright, and Author Self-Archiving Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to define how Nitee Publication manages licensing, copyright, and author self‑archiving in order to ensure transparency, protect author rights, and promote the widest possible dissemination of scholarly work. By adopting the Creative Commons Attribution‑NonCommercial (CC BY‑NC 4.0) license, Nitee Publication guarantees that research outputs remain freely accessible for non‑commercial use while safeguarding the integrity of authorship. This policy also establishes clear self‑archiving rights, enabling authors to deposit their work in OAI‑compliant repositories, thereby supporting long‑term preservation, global discoverability, and compliance with Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) standards.
